Every rig is built to order and handed over the way that suits you. Parts ship anywhere in the US, except chemicals: they are pickup only at our Little Rock shop. Freight and heavy items (tanks, machines, hot water units, soft wash boxes, 18 in. reels and the Big Guy 28 in. surface cleaner) and anything with an engine do not ship to California. Parcel parts do. California buyers can pick up in person or ship to an address outside California, such as Nevada or Arizona.

Free pickup
Collect at our Little Rock shop by appointment. We walk you through the rig before you tow it.
Meet halfway
We bring it part of the way and meet you at an agreed spot. $225 per hour of driving.
We deliver
Our crew tows it to your door and makes sure it runs. $225 per hour of driving.
Insured carrier
We book an insured carrier to haul it to you.
How handover

Build finishes
Your rig is built to order. Our current lead time is 5 to 8 weeks, and we give you a date once your spec is confirmed.

Balance paid
Nothing is picked up or delivered until the build is paid in full.

Pick your handover
Book a pickup time, or we quote a halfway meet, delivery or a carrier.

Hitch up and go
At pickup we walk you through the rig before you tow it away.
How parts
ship.
Orders under $50 ship for $8.95 and orders under $149 ship for $12.95. Larger orders see their rate at checkout. Chemicals do not ship: they are pickup only at our Little Rock shop. Big items (tanks of 65 gal and up, most pressure washers and skids, hot water units and the Soft Wash Kit) ship by freight, priced per item for your region (South, Central or North and West) at checkout. Heavy items (the Soft Wash Box, gas roof pumps, 18 in. hose reels, the 55 gal tank, the Big Guy 28 in. surface cleaner and the 2.5 GPM pressure washer) ship by ground at a heavy item rate, also per item for your region. Extra freight or heavy items on the same order cost less. Freight and heavy items do not go to California, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO addresses; parcel parts do ship to California.
