Points are per order, by its subtotal after discounts. Shipping and tax don't count. A refund or a cancellation takes the points for that order back. Points are for signed-up members: orders you placed as a guest with the same email count the day you sign up.

- You choose when to redeem. Each code is one use, for your account only.
- Redeeming unlocks after your first paid order. Points you collect before that are kept.
- Codes expire 365 days after you redeem them. Points spent on a code that expires are not refunded.
- One discount per order: a reward code can't be combined with any other code or discount.
Bonus

Twice a month we put a product in the Spotlight: buy it while the Spotlight runs and get bonus points, once per member. Now and then we run double points or a stock-up bonus too. They count for orders placed while they run.
