Shipping policy

Poseidon Equipment (Pure Divisions Inc.) ships from Little Rock, Arkansas, to addresses in the United States. Your shipping options and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Handling time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Transit time after that depends on the carrier and your address.

Parts and smaller items

Parts and smaller items (except chemicals, which are pickup only) ship by parcel carrier:

  • Orders under $50: $8.95
  • Orders from $50 to $148.99: $12.95
  • Orders of $149 and up: $15.00

Freight items

Large and heavy items ship by freight truck on a pallet. These include water tanks of 65 gallons and up, most gas pressure washers (skids, belt-drive and gear-drive units), hot water pressure washers and hot boxes, the Soft Wash Kit, and our largest surface cleaners. The product page says when an item ships by freight.

Freight is priced per item, by the region of the delivery address. The first freight item pays the full rate for your region. Each additional freight item on the same order costs less, because it shares the same delivery.

  • South (near): Arkansas and the states around it, such as Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama and Kansas.
  • Central (mid): the Southeast, Midwest and central states, such as Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Colorado and New Mexico.
  • North and West (far): the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, and the Mountain and West Coast states except California, such as Pennsylvania, New York, New England, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Washington and Oregon.

The exact freight charge for your order is shown at checkout. Parcel items ship separately from freight, so an order with both shows a parcel rate and a freight rate.

Freight rates include curbside delivery to a home or business with a liftgate, so the pallet is lowered to the ground. Inside delivery is not included. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery.

Freight does not ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, or to APO/FPO addresses. Contact us, or choose pickup.

Heavy items

Some items are too heavy for our parcel rates but small enough for a ground parcel carrier: the Soft Wash Box, the gas roof pumps, the 2.5 GPM pressure washer, the 55 gallon vertical tank, the Big Guy 28 in. surface cleaner and the 18 in. hose reels. They ship by ground to your door. Heavy item shipping never costs more than our freight rate for the same items; when freight is the lower price, they ship by freight instead (curbside with a liftgate, as above). The product page says "Heavy item shipping" for these items.

Heavy item shipping is priced per item, by the same regions as freight. The rate depends on the size and weight of the box: lighter boxes, such as the 18 in. manual reels, pay less. The first heavy item pays the full rate for your region, and each additional heavy item on the same order costs less. From late September to mid-January the carriers add a peak season charge to packages over 110 lb, and the rate for those items includes it while it applies. An order with freight items and heavy items shows one line at checkout, "Freight and heavy item shipping", which adds the two.

Heavy items do not ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, or to APO/FPO addresses. Contact us, or choose pickup.

Chemicals: pickup only

Chemicals do not ship. Every chemical we sell is pickup only at our Little Rock shop. When your order has a chemical, checkout offers free pickup. If the order also has items that ship, choose pickup for the whole order, or remove the chemical to have the rest shipped. The product page says when an item is pickup only.

Freight damage

When a freight delivery arrives, please check it before you sign. If you see damage, write it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and tell us within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund policy.

Choose pickup at checkout. We will call or text you when your order is ready.

Delivery or meet halfway

We can deliver your order ourselves, or meet you halfway. This costs $225 per hour of driving and is arranged with you after your order. Call us at (501) 503-2623 to set it up.

California

Freight items, heavy items (such as the Soft Wash Box, the 55 gallon tank and the 18 in. hose reels), engines, pressure washers, hot water units, gas roof pumps and complete rigs do not ship to California. The product page says when an item does not ship to California. California buyers can pick these items up in person at our shop, or ship them to an address outside California, for example in Nevada or Arizona.

Rigs and complete builds

Rigs and complete builds are picked up at our shop, or delivery is arranged with you after your order.
