Overview

Choose your option

  • FNPT (female): Female 3/8 in. NPT thread. Change equipment without taking threaded plumbing apart each time; stainless construction suited to frequent use.
  • MNPT (male): Male 3/8 in. NPT thread. Installs on hoses, guns, wands or plumbing components, and the stainless holds up in wet working conditions.

On the Job

3/8 in. quick connects are how hoses join the machine, reel and gun on most rigs: a plug on one side, a socket on the other, and they snap together without tools. That makes it fast to swap a hose, move a gun to another line or add an extension in the middle of a job.

Choose FNPT (female thread) to put a plug on a male end, like a crimped hose end, or MNPT (male thread) to screw one into a female port, like a 3/8 in. gun inlet. Stainless steel holds up in wet, dirty conditions and frequent connecting.

Pair it with the 3/8 in. Stainless Steel Quick-Connect Socket. Spare seals: Viton O-Rings.
