A Banjo cam lever (camlock) male adapter with a 3/4 in. cam end on one side and a 1/2 in. hose shank on the other. Clamp a 1/2 in. hose onto the shank and that line can snap into any 3/4 in. cam lever coupler in seconds, then come apart again just as fast, with no tools. A quick way to hook up tank fills, transfer lines and chemical pickup hoses on a soft wash rig.

Good to know
- Never open a cam lever coupling while the line is under pressure or still full of liquid.
On the Job
Clamp a 1/2 in. hose onto the shank and that line can snap into any 3/4 in. cam lever coupler with no tools, and come apart again just as fast. It is the quick way to hook up tank fills, transfer lines and chemical pickup hoses on a soft wash rig.
Cam locks are what make a soft wash setup quick to disconnect; our Starter and Pro Series builds use Banjo camlocks on the soft wash box for exactly that. Glass-filled polypropylene stands up to soft wash chemicals, rated 300 PSI. The seal sits in the female coupler it plugs into.
Clamp the hose with #6 hose clamps.
