Overview

Works with

12V pumps
Air diaphragm pumps (AR45, AR60, P40 and similar)
Booster pumps and other on-demand pump systems

Good to know

It goes on the inlet side of your pump.
The outlet and the diaphragm pump bypass barbs are not installed, so it fits any trailer layout.

On the Job

This is what replaces batch mixing on a gas soft wash rig. It sits on the inlet side of the pump with one valve each for water, SH and soap, so you set the strength once and turn a valve to go from a strong roof mix to a lighter house mix without dumping a tank.

The 1 in. valves and the barbs suit air diaphragm pumps such as the AR45 and the Comet P40, and it also works with 12V and booster pumps. Running the Comet P40/20 pump? This is the size to look at.

Only mixing water and SH? See the 2-port 1 in. proportioner or the Soft Wash Proportioner Mixer, 2 Valve. Want a 3-port that comes mounted? See the Centurion 3-port proportioner.
