The unloader controls what the pump does when you let go of the trigger: it sends the flow around in bypass instead of letting pressure build against a closed gun. The VRT100 is the multi-gun version, made for setups where more than one gun or outlet runs off the same pump.

Its 26 GPM and 5,075 PSI ratings cover high-flow pumps and multi-gun trailers with room to spare. Pick it when you are building or repairing a rig that runs two or more guns on one pump; a single-gun machine usually only needs the smaller VRT3-310.
